However not every staff member is good at waxing some don’t take their time and some do so I just feel only certain employees should be permitted to do Brazilian wax’s . My appt got canceled w/o explanation. I was not happy but it was due to a technical issue. Thank goodness my friend who referred me contacted Whitney and everything was resolved quickly.When I arrived at my appointment, I was greeted and never felt like it was actually my first time coming here.
