First time doing home inspection. He was very knowledgeable and very honest. The report at the end was very detailed. He was also extremely honest when asked his opinion on the house. Wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

This is my second time using Bradley Home Inspection. I contacted him with only days left to have the report in for the seller and he pulled through for me! Had my report in within 24 hours and was very thorough as usual. He’s an effective communicator in what his concerns are and also with the positives he sees in the home. He’s never in a rush, wants you to ask questions, happy to discuss your concerns and encourages you to do so. The best to use for your home inspection needs in my opinion. I highly recommend!
