“My heat decided not to work in the middle of an ice storm. We called so many people and everyone refused to get out, which I understand. However I call A-OK and Christopher walked us through a trouble shooting process. Unfortunately it did not work, but he tried his best and is also trying to find us a part. They have earned our business for a lifetime.“

“Kept getting weird smells in my vents accompanied by strange noises. Called and scheduled an appointment, when they looked in the ducts they found a family of raccoons had moved in. After a hard fought battle they evicted them. One guy got a finger bit off and one of the raccoons died. They were kind enough to leave it for me to eat for supper. Highly recommend“
