Ask my kids I'm brutally honest in reviews. Yet, words won't describe how incredibly satisfied I am with VIP Alabama Roofing. I highly recommend both Lynn and Emily. When I called or asked questions they were prompt with responses and I loved how they informed us of every detail. Lynn took so much time to help me understand every detail.The technical part was covered and their way of dealing with customers was impeccable. The workmanship was awesome.The guys were all professional, with positive energy. No one spoke curse words in English or Spanish and they left the yard cleaner than they found it. Their work ethic should be rewarded and acknowledged as you seldom see that in today's world. The estimate was fair and honest and nothing was left out. We selected VIP Alabama Roofing after speaking with Lynn, even before other estimates came in. She was open and friendly and made it easy to understand the roofing process. As other estimates came in AFTER we had chosen VIP Alabama Roofing, it was then that we realized just how honest and fair Lynn was with us. The work was performed at the highest quality. We we are more than satisfied. Our roof was not covered by insurance and Lynn was also helpful in helping us from every angle to make sure that we got the roof that we needed so desperately. I understand now why so many on my neighborhood Facebook group recommended her company. They are incredible!
