“I had severely lacerated my index finger and upon my arrival the receptionist informed triage. Before I was able to get signed in, I was called back for a preliminary assessment. When it was my turn (which did not take but maybe five minutes) I was assessed and a plan was enacted. It would be 8 stitches later and a completely understanding staff to help me through the procedure. I do not like needles and they worked a a pace to keep me comfortable yet handle my injury. Fortunately for me, I do not need to use services like this often, but this made a less-than-pleasant injury tolerable.“
