They have been answering calls for us at Tuscasloosa Flower Shoppe for years! It’s awesome to have a local answering service! We are able to personally train the staff at TLC to answer our calls take orders and messages for us after hours, when we are out of the office and when all our lines are busy! They do an amazing job and our customer love they are local American workers!
This was the 3rd answering service I tried. I'm a massage therapist, so they don't just answer the phone for me, they answer questions and make appointments as well. There were some kinks that needed worked out since they were not familiar with the scheduling program I used and there are a lot of factors to consider when scheduling, but they addressed every issue and trained a dedicated team so that mistakes would be kept to a minimum. They've been answering the phone for me for over a year now and I'm VERY happy with them.
