omg.. everyone at the salon is so nice!! they really know what they are doing.. I came in with green hair saying someone help.. and poof all gone.. I come in this time and I want silver.. Katie said okay it's a process and poof I'm almost there!!! I was turned off by the cost to begin with because I've always got cheap,,,, well, I'm getting more than what I pay for now... it's worth every penny!!!
