We are home owners in Tuscaloosa. We recently experienced a sewer problem and we called Spanky’s based upon a friend’s recommendation. They amazed us with their prompt and professional service which quickly resulted in our sewer issue being resolved. The resulting cost of the repair was so very fair and we feel so fortunate to have done business with them. If we ever need plumbing help again we will definitely call Spanky’s. We highly recommend Spanky’s!

Thought maybe a family heirloom ring was dropped in a toilet. Todd, from Spanky's came out to do a video search of the sewage line. He was so diligent in his search as I watched the camera screen. He was so professional and showed empathy for the lost ring. He did not find it because it wasn't there. If it had been there he would have found it due to the through search he did. I had been duped by another septic service and had a weekend of clogged pipes. Spankys employees handled it by communicating personally with other employees that could do what we needed. The first would not leave until he got us taken care of by a second employee that responded right away!!
