We used Bill for a condo inspection with a quick turnaround date and couldn't have been in better hands. Being out of state, 700+ miles away, communication was of the utmost importance. Not only did Bill take initiative in contacting us, he was on top of every issue in the property. Especially useful was the highlighting of bigger issues of concern, while still providing a complete report of the property.
