Customer service was awful. The lady did my eyebrow did a great job, but they always talked some gossipy stuff in their language. And suddenly they asked me 'how old are you'!! And gossip again. I loved this place when a great lady was working, but now it's just disgusting. I had a very uncomfortable experience.
Tried this place on Monday. Had an appointment with a lady named Reema. I get to the place and told she is no longer employed here. The website needs to be updated with current staff. Anyways the girl who was working did my eyebrow threading. She did a great job and did exactly what I asked of her. I give her a 5 for the job but a 2 on customer service. She was on the phone the entire time while doing my eyebrows and when I walked through the door. Customer service can use work but she did a good job on the eyebrows. I’ll return though because I just moved here and it’s hard to find somebody that can do good eyebrow threadingService: Eyebrow threading
