I came in without an appointment but still was helped immediately. The whole staff is always friendly and glad to answer all of your questions or make recommendations. They give you refreshments and warm blankets during treatment as well! Extremely well trained staff, I've always been a hard stick when it comes to IV's but they have always gotten it started on the first try! They also have TV's with access to Netflix to entertain you while you're hooked up!
I got the stress relief hydration. It was ok , I received my hydration subcutaneous and a small amount went intravenous. She did not acknowledge it was infiltrated. I had to cut the flow off when it was completed due to blood backflow. She didn't even apologize for making me wait until she finished eating to disconnect my set.. I got half a liter and paid the 1 liter price anyway. I guess because of the Mega push of vitamin.
I only give this review because of the 1 receptionist and employee who complained within earshot about giving discounts. I asked a simple question about Veteran discounts after another customer asked about State employee discounts. So why complain that it's too much of a discount for someone who almost was killed twice by a mortar round in Iraq for a war I didn't ask for, nor were there weapons of mass destruction just so another country could not invade us and take away your white privileges. Do better and the other employee who agreed with her! Highly disappointed. I may be back for my vitamin infusion but not looking for your dismay! Doc please do better as a supervisor regarding your employees. Yes as I typed this I was still hooked up to an iv that was complete but no one was trying to unhook me...... still waiting.
