“I had knee replacement 5 weeks ago. I have been using Alacare for physical therapy. It has been the best experience. My therapist is Chas and she has gotten me to a little past 120* for bending my knee. Dr. S has been repeatedly impressed with my progress. I think optimal is 130. I’m almost there and it’s because of Chas. She is extremely knowledgeable and super uplifting, like a ray of sunshine. She has creative ideas for therapy. If I cry, she strokes my arm or leg and is comforting. But, she’s tough and my progress speaks volumes. At the end of my session I get stretched out. I also have back problems and all of her exercises are geared to avoid back pain. When you have knee replacement, it’s up to you which home care you choose. The staff at the hospital won’t choose for you. I am so thankful I chose Alacare. ?“
