My car was under my carport, not able to go into parking gear & unable to crank. Made the call & they came right out with a flatbed. Idk how it was possible that it get loaded from there but with a few attachments, out it came & loaded onto the Wrecker. Marcus, the driver, was very nice & very proficient at his job. Wrote our receipt & delivered my car to my mechanic.
Truck died just west of Cottondale on I-20 East. Driver arrived about 20 minutes after I called. Pleasant young man. Took me and the truck to Sumiton, Al. Drove like a courteous professional driver. Enjoyed the ride.
Fast on arrival to tow my truck.
The tow truck driver Chris very professional, very friendly and assistance with what I needed.
Very much recommended if you need a towing company.
