We have been pleased with their nurses and physical therapists, but today, Saturday 6/27/20 they have not answered the phone in over 2 hours and there is no voice mail, just no answer. They advertise 24/7 service and have been available all hours up until today.

I had knee replacement 5 weeks ago. I have been using Alacare for physical therapy. It has been the best experience. My therapist is Chas and she has gotten me to a little past 120* for bending my knee. Dr. S has been repeatedly impressed with my progress. I think optimal is 130. I’m almost there and it’s because of Chas. She is extremely knowledgeable and super uplifting, like a ray of sunshine. She has creative ideas for therapy. If I cry, she strokes my arm or leg and is comforting. But, she’s tough and my progress speaks volumes. At the end of my session I get stretched out. I love Alacare they really took good care of me after my surgery. The staff was my favorite part they are kind, loving, funny, knowledgeable, informative and most of all they made me not feel helpless and like a burden they truly must love there jobs. My favorite nurse was Leigh Ann she was just the best she even taught my fiancee to take care of me and we just love her so much.
