The health care professional are all talented and caring and so are staff members. We had a nice stay for four days and are better. I would recommend that rooms be mopped and cleaned daily. Infection control is a must. Bathrooms too. That is an area needing work.
Everyone was very nice and helpful and made my what I thought was a scary test not scary at all and made me feel relaxed even got me a warm blanket cause I was so cold in there thank u everyone that made my procedure easy for me
I have several issues. When I got to the Emergency room there were no rooms available so I was in hall B. The nurses were very good and after about 4 hours I was told my room was ready and being cleaned but I was not moved for another 2 hours. During this time I had to use the restroom and was told that they could move the gurney back to the restroom or Ihe could give a urine bottle and cover up. I had to go so badly that I took the bottle.
When I got to my room I had to ask for a urine bottle because I could not get out of my bed. I did not get my patient supply pan until the next evening when my wife went to the desk and asked for one. That evening I called... read full review
