Reception was courteous and prompt.
All premises areas were neat, uncluttered, and very clean.
Nurses and nurse practitioner were polite and professional.
All instructions and services were easily understood, and the course of action was decisive, correct (according to my previous experiences with this personal issue), fast, and no seemingly unecessary tests.
Everything DCH-Tuscaloosa ER is not.
I very much appreciate the staff and the prompt medical attention I received in their care.

Crimson Care/ First Kid Urgent care was exceptional. My son and I both had to visit and their service was top tier. They were very prompt, thorough, respectful, understanding, and knowledgeable about our situation. If you're looking for someone who cares, try Crimson Care/ First Kid Urgent Care on Veteran Memorial Parkway.
I've been so sick since Tuesday, today Friday I visited Crimson Care and the wait wasn't bad, and they gave me 2 shots and some meds... I'm so glad to feel better, great job you all!
