Nicole and her team were absolutely beyond AMAZING to work with! After the worst experience ever with the selling of our home in New York we were very skeptical about the buying process in NC. Nicole told us she could get us from offer to close in 4-5 weeks and I must admit we doubted her at first, but we closed in that time frame and she gave us great advice and guidance along the way! We would recommend Prosperity Mortgage 100 times over and would use them again in a heartbeat! Thank you to Nicole and her team for making this a POSITIVE experience after we had such a horrific experience with our last mortgage! You ladies are the best!!!! ❤️
They definitely don't look out for you. Getting my cash out refinance through them completely screwed me. I'm not great at reviewing things, and i get confused. I needed some cash. Other mortgage companies were honest said they couldn't help me. They this guy calls me ya, Ya I can help you out. You can get about 19k in cash plus you don't have to pay a mortgage for several months. like a week or so before setting up closing he mentions it's an FHA backed loan. No wonder the other companies couldn't help me out. I start getting concerned and tell him this doesn't look like a good deal. Somehow talks me into it, saying, remember you are going to be free of not paying a mortgage for a couple months, and a few other things I owed like $245,000 in 2 loans. The new new mortgage is $275,000 with higher interest rate. Didn't realize such a difference.I didn't really realize that till recently. Im a nervous wreck. I got a whole 9k. Why would he ever even suggested an effing FHA loans and not be upfront about it. His name was Chris Hanna. Of course they sold the loan right away. Not that it matters.
They are good but they did not provide any financial support such as MD first time homebuyers homeownership grants. I paid the down payment and closing costs by myself. A very big financial drain out of pocket leaving a big hole in my pocket.
