Great service, very satisfied. They put our issue and concerns first and they weren't satisfied until everything was right and that we were happy. Very professional and courteous. They did an outstanding job.
Today, ygman name Diaz came out performed very thorough inspection from Perfect Service Heating & Air. He did above and beyond work of performance. This ygman examples to us how Corrosion developed on the outside unit. Also, went up in the attic to discover it’s not installed and was extremely hot. So, he contacted his associate to come out and inspect evaluate our home and help us to set up an a date for installation. We have been with the company for 8 years and well pleased. I had scheduled a service checkup on my hv/ac unit. Joey Chaplin arrived and went through his checks. He noted several issues and called for Alan to come and verify what he had found. There were some major issues which were thoroughly explained to me. It was determined that in order to prevent any further problems and a very possible breakdown of the unit that it would be best to replace it. Alan went through our options and we decided to upgrade to a new unit. Alan even called his supervisor and we got the best unit available at a reduced price.
