I got lost in East Lawrence and came across this gem. I decided to stop in and see if she took walk ins. I wasn’t expecting much but boy was I surprised. I walked in and the lady was singing creed to the top of her lungs. She saw me and kept on singing. I was beginning to think was this even a hair studio or was I in an underground karaoke club. I didn’t know if she was the hair stylist or just a cleaning lady. I asked her if she took walk ins and she said you are in the right place. So I sit down and she asked me what I wanted and I was a little nervous knowing it was my first time in there but she begin cutting me like Edward scissor hands. All this while she still was still singing. I felt like I just sit down and she was done! She even gave me a sucker after she got finished. I asked if she took debits cards because I was about to tip her like a bartender. I asked her name and she said Taylor. I said Taylor you are an angel with scissors. I recommend this place if you ever have the chance! 5⭐️
I was homeless for the last 6 months. I had lost my job due to a rare rash condition. I was a male hand model. Anyways that’s a different story for a different day. While walking through Trinity I noticed this salon. I noticed the young lady working and was moved by whom I believe was Jesus himself or someone that resembles him. I decided to try this salon out. 2 months later I am now employed at a 4 star sheriffs department. I have raised my credit score 187 points and found love again. I asked for a fade. 2 on the sides faded to a 1 with a trim on the top. Not only was the salon lady great with her clippers she has a great personality. I felt as if a family member was cutting my hair. I left that place a new man and I owe it to this young lady for my accomplishments. Without the tight lines I would still be homeless walking down the road. I owe my career to her. I believe her name was Taylor. I only remember this because we shared a moment speaking of Taylor Swift. If you are in the area don’t make the mistake of going anywhere else. 5 star out of 5. Lastly the farmhouse aesthetic are great to look at while waiting to be faded. You can smell the cotton and white latte as you walk in. Bottom Line….don’t go anywhere else or you getting gaped up.
Taylor is so kind and does an amazing job! Me and my mom were so happy with our hair. Highly recommended!
