This is a SUPERLATIVE company. We had major water damage due to a broken pipe fitting. The flood destroyed much of our hardwood flooring, adjacent walls, and subflooring. Mark Jewell's team were on top of this immediately after my USAA insurance assigned them to the task. Every one of the folks at North Alabama Restorations was polite, courteous, and TIMELY. They said they would be at my front door on day 1 and at 7:59 am the doorbell rang. The workers were very focused and they completed assigned tasks in an efficient manner. I like timeliness and efficiency and this company exhibits those traits. The workers all had high praise for their management stating that they were held to high standards but treated extremely fairly. This is the kind of company that I enjoy working with and they responded quickly to all inquiries and communications. I highly recommend them.
