I highly recommend Max. He is extremely thorough and takes his time walking through all the fine details in his report. I bought a property a few years ago and Max recommended budgeting for a new HVAC since it was nearing end of life. He was right! Two years later, the HVAC failed, but we were ready for it thanks to Max's recommendation.

If you want a complete, thorough, professional home inspection, Max is your guy. As a first time home buyer, Max was open and honest about how big of a purchase it is and the potential issues that could come with purchasing a new home. He explained everything is great detail, answered each question I had, provided a great report that was easy to follow and understand, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Max is friendly and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend his service to anyone.

Max Erb does a fantastic job on home inspections! He is very helpful when setting up the inspection and extremely detailed on the report. He takes the time to talk about all of the major and minor things that need to be fixed and is able to answer all of my questions honestly. I love that the report has pictures and descriptions of everything he went through in and outside the house. Highly recommend!!
