The front office staff is always patient and kind, answering every question. They truly care about the pets and go above and beyond. I LOVE this place! My cat recently had surgery and I cannot recommend Kaitlyn enough. She is fabulous & made me feel as relaxed as I could throughout the process. I also take my dog to get groomed here so that’s a plus to have a vet & a groomer at the same time! They always get me in quickly for vet appointments too. Highly recommend!
The staff members are truly exceptional and provide outstanding service. We were particularly impressed with the veterinary team's skill and dedication. I have used Countryside for over a decade, with multiple cats. I’ve never have left a review, but after this most recent experience I would be remiss not to mention it.
I called on a Friday, and was able to get an appointment same day, within hours actually. We saw Dr. Muther. Her kindness, knowledge, and professionalism were the best. She and her team, including Dr. Moss, helped us navigate a difficult time and we are so grateful.
I want to thank all of the doctors, staff and techs who helped with our senior cat’s care— I can’t thank ya’ll enough.
