The man who came to my house this morning to make me a new key for my truck was an angel I didn’t catch his name but his manners and professionalism was top notch. Thank u so much sir!

Accidentally washed & dried a key fob yesterday, the dealerships were very expensive. I called Southern Safe and Lock and got someone to our house within 1 hour of calling this morning.Good customer service and communication, also a way better deal than going through a dealership! Will definitely use again if needed!

Excellent experience all around. The prices are great but to me the customer service was the real winner. The technician Ron, was prompt, professional, and took great care of me. Very pleased with their services and will definitely use/recommend them in the future!
