Great place 100%!! The Owners take great pride in everything done here!! Rare find in a company they stand behind the work done and the employees are friendly and hard working!! They will get the job done and do what they say they are gonna do!! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

If you ever need a towing company you have to use Ricky at Bay City Towing and Recovery Top notch service. My car was picked up & delivered QUICKLY & SAFELY! I can’t say enough about how well he kept me calm instead of panicking throughout this process. He cared about my car and eased my anxiety & that says a lot about his business ethics.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Thank you so much!??Be sure to ask for Ricky???

I was far from home and found myself with no A/C or battery power. They diagnosed and fixed it while I waited to get me back on the road. I am so thankful for their kindness and expertise. Everyone there was so nice and helpful!
