I took a nice suit to this cleaners. I asked prior to handing it over if they could clean it without losing the buttons. The buttons were unique buttons. He, I suppose the owner or manager assured me he could. They lost my button and he put cheap buttons on the suit without my permission. When I asked for the original button back, he claimed he could not find them.
He had the I do not care attitude and told me to sue him. He offered to pay, but did not saying he wanted a receipt for the buttons which I said I was not going to provide, after all I had been through and the number of times I had to go there because he kept telling me to come back.

This dry cleaners used to be great, my dress clothes would be nice and crisp, no wrinkles or damage to any of my clothes.

Last week, I had several button down shirts come back to me with tons of wrinkles pressed into them and multiple buttons broken on each shirt, more buttons than I can find to replace.

I will not be using Rhea’s again.
