if you are looking for a variety of services, I strongly recommend Modern Home Solutions. We had drywall repair, painting, for a ceiling. We also had a bedroom painted.Robert , who is the owner came and gave us an estimate. We choose him because of his fair pricing and his character. He explained everything in detail. He always showed up on time, took great care of our possessions, covered everything and cleaned up after his work. He takes great pride in his work and we highly recommend him .Such a gentleman!

Highly recommend! Robert is very professional, communicates upfront time and cost estimates, and is very thorough. He was able to reroute electrical for two tvs, mount the tvs, patch and paint, create new outlets and reassign light switch functions for our light/ceiling fans. Very honest and trustworthy.

Rob has done work for us on several projects. He helped another contractor paint our kitchen cabinets, hung ceiling fans in our family room, and relocated a light and fan in our kitchen. He also relocated an electrical outlet for usHe is very conscientious, personable and very good at what he does. The next time we need work done at our house Rob will be the first person we call.
