Summer ‘23 Spoke with Hunter on a Saturday morning. Said he be out that afternoon. No call. No show. Next day(Sunday am) my husband messaged him thinking maybe he go tied up and forgot. He accidentally called us back that afternoon. One ring and hung up. He never texted back. Never showed up. We had used him previously a year or so ago with no issue but this last experience really left me wondering about his business. Yes, I am local and highly disappointed. If he would have been upfront and honest we would have had another company out same day to fix our unit. Would not recommend.Service: A/C system repair
I'm fairly new in town. We have used them a couple of times for maintenance. We finally had to get a new heating unit and they added a used air conditioning unit all for a reasonable price. I will continue to use them. They are great people... ?
