The guys that came out were on time and professional. The one young guy, "Cole" answered all of my questions or found out information he didn't have to answer my questions. They did a great job, cleaned up well, and described the issue and how to avoid future problems. I highly recommend their service. The charge was on point, I had been referred to Climatemp and their fees were competitive. I would remove stars for my first impression of the office/ appointment staff's phone manners and professionalism - but the technicians made up for it.

I have worked with Stephanie Kibler at Climatemp in Summerdale and she has been amazing. Super friendly, very informative and she has made this experience so much better. Because you know as a homeowner that you always hate when the AC isn't working right. So I was already in a bad mood but she was the bright spot in the whole process.
