I know the rates are very pricey especially if you finance your system but it is what it is. I had to call this morning due to my light flashing and it only took an hour for the guys to get here, fix it and leave. I appreciate that! After 4 years it was my first service call and it was only a float issue. Great service. Great guys!

Great company! They have never let me down no matter when I call. They have a tech named Ray who is extremely good at his job. Knows how to fix anything related to grinder pumps and was very nice about coming after hours. Will not use anyone else because of the customer service and it’s employees.

Some financial business decisions are tough to make but BCSS helped make the move from a septic tank an easy one for us. The process was smooth and the install crew was great. We are 100% satisfied with the install and service.
