They have cleaned our carpet and our tile. We had good service each time. There was a glitch in our service call last time we used them which from my understanding was an accidental breakdown in communication from dispatch to the tech doing the cleaning but we are all human and things happen and the issue was promptly resolved after speaking with technician and the owner/manager. The technicians are super friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful and do a great job. I’d recommend!
Stephen and his crew were FANTASTIC! They txt’d when on the way, and arrived right on time. They were polite and so helpful and worked HARD! My carpets look like new! And there were definitely some challenges for them to tackle. Stephen explained everything they were going to do and had pics of the before and after… amazing! So happy I chose them to do this job!
I love Heaven's Best Carpet because they does a great job with the carpet cleaning. We've had our carpet cleaned several times with no complaints. From the scheduling to the cleaning is always a great experience! ?
