She asked me what I needed to work on and I told her, and within a few sessions, I noticed a huge difference in the way I walked and felt. I had booked a 90 minute massage, and she actually went a little over because she was working on an area and wanted to finish what she has been working on. My husband noticed a difference in how I was walking, and so he booked a massage with her. We both have been seeing her now for almost 2 years on a weekly basis and we both feel so much better. My husband has actually started golfing again, something that he had given up. We both highly recommend Laura at Massage 31 give her a five star recommendation!
Massage 31 offers a quiet, private atmosphere. Before my appointment, I was able to check-in online, and convey specifics about the muscles that needed the most attention. My customized massage included hot stones, cupping, steamed towel, massage gun, and strong deep-tissue pressure. It was incredibly relaxing, and Laura was very professional, which made for a great experience.
