Very nice
Check this ladies social media account. She bad mouths her clients about using Groupon. She became very irritable with me and lied about not seeing my messages and texts when I could see she read them. Sold me product that made my hair fall out, literally. Spent $$$ on keratin treatment that didn't last. Had to go back and get a whole section of hair she missed cut! I can tolerate mistakes - but, when you go to social media and badmouth clients that cannot defend themselves that is bad business.
Emi did a fantastic job giving my hair a make over! I love my new look. Emi takes her time and makes sure to do it right! I will definitely be returning to her in the future and recommend her!
