We contacted Ms. Daisy, in the afternoon on Wednesday, because our air conditioner wasn't blowing cold air, and the temperature in the house was 85 degrees, Justin and Dillan came out early the next morning. Wes and his crew were amazing to us while replacing our A/C unit. My dad had just passed and my mom was beside herself when their unit died. Wes came out and had to work around some strange stuff to make everything work. This is the point where he really could have taken advantage of us but he did just the opposite. He explained everything he was doing and why and never once mentioned charging more. He did all he could to get us the best price for a new unit and was here to replace it as soon as everything he had to order came in.
