Wes and his crew were amazing to us while replacing our A/C unit. My dad had just passed and my mom was beside herself when their unit died. Wes came out and had to work around some strange stuff to make everything work. This is the point where he really could have taken advantage of us but he did just the opposite. He explained everything he was doing and why and never once mentioned charging more. He did all he could to get us the best price for a new unit and was here to replace it as soon as everything he had to order came in. I have had the pleasure of receiving a new heating and air system in my newly purchased house through Spivey Heating & Air. The home, built in 1905, never had an HVAC system and this company put my mind at ease and made the entire process seem a piece of cake. The employees were extremely respectful, knowledgeable and dependable. This will always be my go-to company for any of my HVAC needs. Thanks guys!!
