“I signed a contract with Dennis Kelley of Trinity Metal Buildings on 4/16/18. I was told up front that it would be approximately 3 months before they could start on the building. The majority of the time, a company is booked that far in advance because they do quality work & are in high demand.On 7/26/18, I WAS FORTUNATE THAT GAYLE ELLENBURG did the concrete work for Trinity Metal at that time as he does top quality work. He & his crew completed the 30 x 42 slab for the building as well as a 30 x 20 driveway & sidewalks leading to my home. Gayle also brought in several loads of fill dirt & did some really extensive grading. I have the greatest respect for Gayle Ellenburg, his wife, Lola & his entire crew. They are all extremely hard working & efficient. I have had many residential & commercial concrete projects completed in SW Florida over a 44 year period.Few compare to the quality of work performed by Gayle Ellenburg & crew.They are a Five Star Company.As of 8/16/18, the building is almost completely constructed. Alex Bass of South Wide Roofing & crew erected the building in 2 days.On 8/17/18 the roll up door with chain hoist was installed. The automatic opener with remote & door opener mounted key pad is scheduled to be installed next week.One BIG suggestion to the sales team that will be helpful to many potential purchasers; a PORTFOLIO of different styles & colors of 'FINISHED BUILDINGS' in addition to the 'postage stamp size color samples' which don't do their buildings justice.This may be the perfect inspiration for more residential sales to those of us who prefer a very large garage/shop area. ?8/23/18: The building was completed this week. Dennis came by to collect the final payment today.Dennis Kelley assured me that they honor their labor & materials. Hopefully, it will never be necessary to put that to the test, should it, I will hold him to his word.Trinity Metal has earned a Five Star Rating.Trinity Metal STAYS extremely busy & is ALWAYS looking to hire on more crews to erect their buildings.Experienced individuals with full crews are urged to call the office.They have plenty of work available!“
