This service squeezed us into their schedule when our insurance company was about to drop our coverage (insurance sent the notice to another address so we weren't aware). Ickes understood our situation and the stress we were under, gave us a fair quote for the tree branches that were overhanging onto our roof and also ground a tree stump that needed to be removed. Their staff were great to work with. If we need anything done in the future we will reach out to them first.

This review is only based on the interaction with the rep and the estimate I received for the work wanting done. The Rep was courteous and showed up on time and answered my questions, but the quote came in higher than expected. So in all fairness I can't rate them on job performance, but I'm sure they would have done a fine job.

Ickes did a great job removing two large trees from our backyard and grinding the stump of one. Everything was cleaned up nicely when they were finished. We felt the pricing was fair and the entire process from the initial estimate through completion was very professional.
