I first came to Heart of Dixie when one of my pups was very sick. I had been using another vet for over 30 years. I needed someone to see my pup and my normal vet wasn't concerned about him at all. They told me he wasn't stable enough for me to leave him and let them work him in. They told me to call MedVet. I did. They didn't have a vet and referred me to Pensacola or Biloxi. I called back. If my pup wasn't stable enough to leave with them, I didn't think he would be stable enough to travel to either Pensacola or Biloxi. They still said no and showed no concern whatsoever.

Staff is very nice and professional! I called on a Saturday, after I called roughly 10 other vets, and they fit me in within two hours of my call. I loved the vet and assistant that saw my pup! If I had any questions they were VERY informative and did not hesitate to help me and my pup. 100/10!!
This place is so amazingThey know your fur baby when you walk in the door. I would DEFINITELY recommend you go to this place with your fur baby. They are very understanding loving and caring.
