Mrs Hertz of Accurate Tax and Payroll has always helped me get the best return possible, she is incredibly knowledgeable and has always been patient and helpful to me and my family. Without her my status with the IRS would still be the same and I would still likely be facing those difficulties. I will always be grateful. My family has been a customer of Accurate Tax and Payroll Services (Mrs. Hertz) for nearly a decade now. She has always exhibited the utmost in professionalism. She has not only been very communicative with us but also patient, and she has always been informative about what needed to be done next. It genuinely bothers me to see this business cast in a negative light. I feel that this is completely unwarranted. People are not willing to take responsibility for their own mistakes or be responsible for their own lack of organization. The numerous years my family has been having our taxes done with Accurate Tax and Payroll Services (Mrs. Hertz) , we have NEVER had an issue of dishonesty in any way. Accurate Tax and Payroll Services aka Mrs. Hertz has been a great asset and a treasure to our family. If you are looking for a reliable, honest ally to be in your corner against the often intimidating IRS, then we can't recommend her enough. I feel that it is wrong to undermine the blood, sweat and tears needed to operate a successful business for decades over a personal grievance. This is why I'm leaving my review despite the fact that I don't normally leave reviews.I sincerely hope Mrs. Hertz be successful against people bearing false witness against this business. I think it is the epitome of ungratefulness to receive multiple years of great service, yet leave a one-star review over a personal grievance. Mrs. Hertz must follow legal guidelines so I'm not sure what some people expect. I am quite certain this individual chose to use Mrs. Hertz for her reliability, dependability, incredible amount of knowledge and experience, and ability to help her clients the most in regards to discounts. She has an incredible ability to always find you the best return, she always has very fair pricing. It is the epitome of selfishness to ignore these attributes while also benefiting from such attributes for years. Some people are just extremely selfish, this is the reality of the times. However as a potential client, know with assurity that these SAME attributes can be as much of an asset to you, as they have been to us and our family.
