“We ordered a plant to be delivered to Ashley's JH Williams, which was handling funeralizing of a dear family member, because we would not be able to attend the services. Ms. Kim was very patient and kind in taking my order and helping me decide even though she had closed the shop and was about to leave to attend to another customer's event. She promised to deliver the
plant the next morning. Somehow the plant got misdirected and did not make our funeral. There were several conversations with both Ms. Kim and personnel at the funeral home trying to determine what had gone wrong. The funeral home was courteous but not helpful. To resolve the issue, Ms. Kim offered to deliver another plant to the family so they would know we did not forget them. Kustom Creations sent a beautiful vibrant plant to represent our side of the family. They provided outstanding customer service and I highly recommend them.“
