Lack of design and friendly customer service. When I called to ask if I got the same bouquet she was very defensive and said "there's 32 roses!". There were 32, but lacked design.

In response to the Maynard review, if I did not deliver an arrangement that was sent thru a wire service, then I refused the order for some reason and it was the wire service's responsibility to find another florist to fill the order. I have never had an order that I accepted that I did not deliver. I am sorry you did not receive the flowers you expected but it is the online wire services that are making all the money, not the individual florist. Please, please, call a local florist and speak to them directly to place important orders. That is the only way you can assure your order will be delivered.

Delivered flowers the same day. They called me to let me know they were making a substitute, upgrading the vase and flowers, since they did not have my exact request in stock - very good business. I would highly recommend this florist.
