If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I was seeking a second opinion after a bad experience with another well known vet in Mobile. My dog King was in pretty bad shape and we weren’t getting answers. I was in a frenzy and what was going on with my dog after his neuter was a mystery to say the least. Dr Fitterer and her ENTIRE staff have been amazing since day 1. They gave my baby lots of love and patience from the moment he walked in until he left. They have done everything possible to figure out what’s going on and have supported/communicated with us throughly the entire time. This staff is very patient and they all love what they do. My dog was suffering from ongoing ear infections and at my old vet I went through many treatments trying to help. I came to Lowery and with one treatment her ears were better!! They fully examine the health issue and find the right medication for it! You don't have to spend outrageous money like other vets that just want your money
I cannot put into words the fantastic customer service from everyone at this animal hospital!!! I was so pleased that I was telling my family how they made us feel as though we were family. I have a rabbit and the care the doctor and staff gave to him was incredible! Thank all of you for taking care of my baby boy. Our fam loves you!
