“In response to the Maynard review, if I did not deliver an arrangement that was sent thru a wire service, then I refused the order for some reason and it was the wire service's responsibility to find another florist to fill the order. I have never had an order that I accepted that I did not deliver. I am sorry you did not receive the flowers you expected but it is the online wire services that are making all the money, not the individual florist. Please, please, call a local florist and speak to them directly to place important orders. That is the only way you can assure your order will be delivered.“
