“Absolute heroes. Sunday night of Memorial Day weekend- I was traveling home from a quick trip out of town and got a frantic call from my house that the breaker was popping then shocking (with an arc of yellow) the person who tried to move the breaker back. At the recommendation of a good friend, I called Professional Electric. I got a call back within five minutes ( as I was driving and making sure my friend was ok) The OWNER! Called me and not only started the process to get help but went to my house himself to assess what was going on. By the time I reached the house the owner was picking up parts and had one of his best techs there to dig into the situation. I got home around 6pm and they worked until at least 9pm to make my house safe.THANK YOU PROFESSIONAL ELECTRIC! “This company is a life saver! My power was shut off by Alabama Power because of an old faulty power box. This company responded immediately and genuinely concerned when I reached out to them. They contacted Alabama Power for me and took care of what needed to be done and all the way to having the inspector out on the repairs. Within 10hours of having my power off to my home, this company was there and repaired/replaced my power box and had Alabama Power back out to inspect and turn my power back on. The price was more than fair. They are amazingly fast in response and professional and will have them for future repairs!“
