Horrible experience with this plumber. He was hired by my contractor (another bad experience) to install plumbing on a new construction house addition. He supposedly roughed in plumbing for a bathroom and laundry. I paid for what was supposed to have been done. When it was time to come back out and finish the work and install fixtures, he never showed and also hung up on me when I called. I had to call around and find another plumber to finish the job. After their arrival, it was brought to my attention that Lane's Plumbing did in fact not do all of the rough in plumbing. There were no drain pipes installed. They drilled holes and installed pex piping and installed the valve for the shower faucet (incorrectly) and that's it. The pex pipes were not secured to the crawlspace framing and instead were loosely laying all over the place. There also was a exterior faucet pipe laying directly on the ground. I had to pay another plumber to fix this mess and finish the work properly. DO NOT HIRE!
There were plumbing issues in the bathroom prior to me moving into my new home. Lanes plumbing “fixed” the issue after we put it in our repair order. When I moved in I realized the issues were not fixed and everything was still backed up and getting worse by the minute. Upon calling Lanes Plumbing (because his work was under warranty) to come and re-fix the issue, he said he would come and never came. I called him again over the next day two days and he said he would come each time, but did he ever show? No!! This plumber is a does not stand by his word, does not fully complete his work, his warranty means nothing, and I warn against using him!Service: Toilet repair
