If I could put 0 stars, I would. 4 days ago me and my Realtor went to look at a home being sold by Anita Nelson ( her personal home) Everything went great and we put in a offer OVER her asking price. Anita Nelson messaged us the next morning saying she would be sending a counter offer. That night she messages us saying that she may have listed it for the max and would need to talk to some other agents to find out. The morning after that she messages us saying that the house was not listed at max , everything was good and she would be sending over her counter offer as soon as she got home. She never did. Instead for two more days she kept asking questions and then saying the same thing to us over and over again that she would be sending us a counter offer. Today after trying to reach her several times she sends a message saying she would not be accepting the offer. She wasted our time, lied several times about several different things. On top of the fact that she had NO idea what she was doing. She is very unprofessional and rude and wasted so much of our time when she could have just been honest from the beginning. That's 4 days we could have spent looking at other homes. I strongly do not recommend her!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I haven't been inside or met in person, but I did speak with a gentleman about getting the ball rolling to look for a place. He was so kind and explained all the things I need to get ready. Definitely recommend
