Scott was referred to me by my insurance agent, and SOCO Roofing is the name of his company.
After a hailstorm, I was told by an "Ambulance Chaser/Roofer", I had damage. I was uncomfortable, and the guy felt shady. So I called my insurance company for advice. I had a few referrals, and had several quotes given. Scott's was in alignment with the others, however, he never offered to fraudulently move the numbers to cover my deductible. Every other roofer did. So we chose Scott and SOCO.
He walked us through every step, and he was extremely professional and patient, especially as the payment had to go from Insurance to me, to my Mortgage company and then back to me before I could pay Scott. When his crew arrived, they were very well prepared and extremely efficient. They showed up as I was leaving for work, and when I returned home that evening, they were wrapping up the job! I have over 2400 Sq ft under roof, steep pitch, with multiple dormers and valleys. So impressive!
Whenever you have damage to your home, it's a terrible situation. But SOCO and Scott made it as painless as it could possibly be. I would recommend his company for anyone needing roof work.
Also, I think my roof is the best looking roof in the neighborhood now, combined with the new Fortified Certification, I think I chose wisely with Scott and SOCO Roofing.

Great team of professionals. They showed up on time with all equipment ready to work. They covered their plan with me and proceeded. I never saw anyone standing with hands in pocket or on a cell phone. Fully cleaned up and sent a stump grinder shortly after they left. I hope to never need tree services again but if I do I'll definitely call them.

I had a window that was leaking, siding that needed replacing and a toilet that was on it's last flush. I contacted Dale Taylor. He took care of the leak immediately and made me aware of rot that had occurred due to the leak. The special type of trim would be hard to find. No worries he came up with the solution that was probably better than the trim that rotted. Using treated plywood he took what could be used from the trim and made a template. Can't tell the difference from the other windows. Fast. courteous beautiful work. I plan to Remodel our Kitchen, Bathroom and Patio in the near future Taylor Building Solutions will be my 1st choice.
Tim and his guys showed up when the said they were going to be there, went straight to work , did an excellent job taking down a very large sycamore tree out of my front yard , they grinded the stump also ,Tim and his crew cleaned up all the branches and debris from the job.If you're in need of a tree removal company then I highly recommend Hug 'em and Cut 'em tree service.

There is nothing like coming home from church on Sunday afternoon, in early June and thinking..."Hmmm, it feels a little warm in the house." Then Warner and warmer and warmer. Something was clearly wrong. Monday morning we asked a friend if they knew anyone we could trust and they highly recommended Sun Coast Energy. As soon as we made connection, they had someone out within 20 minutes. It was unbelievable. David was our technician and he was prompt and efficient with the service we requested. First he checked the indoor unit and said everything looked fine. He then went to the outside unit and quickly identified that the capacitor was the issue. He scanned a barcode and discovered it was still under warranty!! Everything fixed within 30 minutes and the value he brought was huge. I told him that there will be people this Month who will have the exact same issue and someone will sell them a brand new unit. There is no way I would have known if he had told me I needed a new unit. He said the owners aren't like that. They are good Christian people who hire people who do the right thing. David also said he could not sleep with himself at night if he did something like that. They have a service plan that we are going to sign up for just because of the integrity of the company. We know they will serve us the right way. If you need help with A/C issues and anything else Sun Coadt services, I would recommend giving them a call!! We are very happy with the value and service we received.

Joshua is a person who pays a lot of attention to details, he’s very professional, easy going, and showed my wife and I a lot of what we thought we knew. He gave us suggestions on some land clearing he done for some land my wife and I gave to our daughter and son in law. We called several people before Joshua and absolutely none of them could hold a candle to him. When my wife and I met him for the very first time we knew Greenman Land Services was going to do the land clearing for us. I don’t think he knew the very first time he met us he was going to land the job. My wife and I talked as soon as Joshua left our house an we decided right then he would be doing the job and we hadn’t even had an estimate yet. The RAC is great! Members have 24/7 access. They have many options for cardio, weight training and plenty of heavy weights for powerlifting. The cost is very affordable. One of my favorite things about the RAC is thy I feel like everyone there is there to accomplish their own individual goals. Meaning, there are members from every level of fitness. If you’re a seasoned weightlifter or just beginning, I feel that this is a place you could do either journey comfortably.

Mr. Hansen helped us renovate our house that’s 100 + years old. If you have an old house like ours, you will understand how many things, that were very difficult to do. Trying to keep it in character with what it looked like when it was first built. Mr Hansen tackled the job and used his skill’s that was just want we wanted.
