Well, it seems the family was having health issues. All good now. Returned my call, apologized, and Sam came out to spray and put me on his monthly route. Sam is a very nice guy, very knowledgable about pests, spider species, moisture percentages, wood rot, moisture barriers, termites, scorpions, and I could go on. He even looked at my crawl space vents. I'm changing my review from one star to six stars. Sam, you're The Man.
