Bought my wife a Brighton necklace from there she had been wanting for her birthday. The staff were very friendly, and gladly gift wrapped it. Nice touch. They do have a good selection of Brighton jewelry.

I recently visited the Merle Norman store in Rainsville to replenish some much-needed items from my inventory. As a long-time user of Merle Norman cosmetics, I was delighted by the exceptional experience at this location.

The store owner is incredibly sweet and goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. She is always very helpful and accommodating. If an item is out of stock, she readily offers to order it for you and can even meet you after hours or mail it directly to your house. This level of flexibility and dedication is truly commendable.

Des and her girls are so helpful. I buy Brighton from them. They special order items for me and are very knowledgeable about Brighton. I highly recommend to go there for Brighton purchases for yourself or for gifts.
