Coosa Family Care provides comfortable and pleasing care to its patients. Friendly staff, including Mrs. Sue and Jordan, make visitors feel at ease. They take the time to get to know patients and show compassion. The staff is attentive and caring. However, some patients have reported occasional issues with office hours and prescription processing, but overall, they appreciate the center's gentle and caring approach.
Great place everyone that works there makes you feel welcome the staff always has a smile and loves to joke around which I’m a huge fan of cause it just makes it more comfortable they are amazing people 10/10 would highly recommend! Thank yall for everything!
The staff could not be nicer. I have 2 complaints; I arrived at 10:30 to find the office had closed . Their lunch hours are 12:00-2:00p.m. The next visit I arrived at 9:00a.m. It is now 7:00p.m. and my prescriptions have still not been called in. I understand they are busy. Hire more staff or stop taking new patients or stay in the office until your patients are taken care of.
