Great experience with Mark. Honest, ethical and did quality work. We had a rough bamboo/fencing project which was a TREMENDOUS amount of work, and never flinched or complained. Mark Flannery's expertise in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and design were evident in project he took on at my request. I asked Mark to build a full bath in a 10'x 10' space. Mark estimated a cost before I signed a contract, and he remained within that estimate. When I asked for additional work, he was clear about costs that were beyond our initial contract. Mark has a good eye for color and design (paint, flooring, blinds etc.) and practical sense to recommend what is economical. What I most appreciated was fact that Mark discovered a pipe/plumbing problem under our house. Since my home is owned by an entity that needed to approve repair of this pipe, Mark was appropriately assertive and persistent in making this known since my property owner did not believe there was a problem. Mark provided video proof that the pipe problem existed, and Mark's proof convinced the owner to repair it. Mark is assertive in a quiet respectful way that works well. I also appreciated Mark's flexibility in adjusting to delays from my end that necessitated Mark to extend his work timeline to finish our project. I rate Mark highly in expertise, communication throughout a project, flexibility, persistence, patience, and quality of work. The final product was excellent.
